This week's post is a roundup of some books that I'd gladly throw into the ocean. It seems like a bit vague of a prompt, but I'm taking it as some books that I really didn't enjoy and would just rather toss into the sea to never see again. So without. further ado, here are my picks:
I'm noticing a trend here with all of these books being ones that I read in high school and had beaten to death by my English teachers until I didn't enjoy them anymore...but let me just reiterate, these are just my opinions! Just because I didn't enjoy these books doesn't mean that you can't enjoy them, either.

I only had the last 7 chapters of Allegiant on my list, but I'm right there with you on 1984. I couldn't get past the first page. And the really old movie wasn't good either. While I can agree with what the book was trying to say, I just didn't like how it was written.
